Payment
Pay as stated on the product page (in full or deposit).
Group buys
Items marked “Group buy” can be ordered without paying. When the group is full we send the amount (possibly a special price) on WhatsApp, then you pay and upload your slip. If the group doesn’t fill, we cancel the order at no cost.
Arrival
Dates are estimates and may move with shipping rounds from Thailand. We will tell you about any change.
If we can’t source it
Full refund within 7 days, or swap for another item.
