When you confirm an order, items are held for 24 hours. Please pay and upload your slip within this time, otherwise the order is cancelled automatically.
Confirmation
Your order is confirmed once we verify the slip. If it is unclear we will ask for a new one.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Report transit damage within 48 hours with photos. Opened food cannot be returned unless faulty.
