What we collect
Name, phone / WhatsApp, email, delivery address, orders, payment slips and photos sent with sourcing requests.
How we use it
To deliver, update you on orders, verify payments, answer sourcing requests, and send promotions only if you agree.
Who we share it with
SF Express for delivery, and our service providers (Supabase for data, Cloudflare R2 for files, Netlify for hosting). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Slips are deleted automatically after 6 months. Order records are kept as required for accounting.
Your rights
Request access, correction or deletion from My account or by contacting us. We reply within 40 days under the PDPO (Cap. 486).
